Abstract:
Introduction
The purpose of this evaluation is to obtain feedback about the collaborative working relationships in the Oregon Health Authority’s (OHA) Environmental Health Assessment Program (EHAP) and Climate and Health Program. Collaborations are central to these programs, and it is critical to ensure that OHA is building and maintaining strong partnerships. Evaluation findings will be used to extract lessons learned around OHA’s collaborative working relationships, which can lead to stronger partnerships and optimized programs. The EHAP evaluation was done via an online survey emailed to key external stakeholders. The Climate and Health evaluation was done via in-person, 30-minute interviews with key internal OHA stakeholders. Both the qualitative and quantitative analysis was handled by myself. A qualitative codebook was developed to keep track of the Climate and Health interview responses. Both evaluations found that overall partners were satisfied with their experience working with OHA, either for EHAP or the Climate and Health Program.
